Mania: An Improvised Multimedia Poem

Mania in psychology is a symptom of Bipolar Mood Disorder. During a manic

episode a person feels very energetic, motivated, excited, and other typically

positive emotions but in a form that is excessive and destructive. A heuristic

is that Mania is inverted Depression. There's intense emotional pain during both

but Mania gives the energy to wash the dishes while singing while day trading while baking while 

writing that trilogy of novels and movies you always wanted. Then depression comes

and you basically hate all of it and you're in so much pain and are exhausted from the mania that you insult yourself for having woken up.
