SHIKANTAZA: A Multimedia Poem

A Multimedia Poem is a variation on the concept of the Visual Novel. Instead of narrative and prose, A Multimedia Poem aims at an atmospheric experience expanding the written poem into musical and visual art elements each of which and all of which express the themes of the poem.

Shikantaza or 'just sitting' is a Soto School of Zen minimalist and naturalist meditation. One does nothing special in their practice, they just sit and allow themselves and world around to be as it is, without pretense of something special to become or obtain.
